Security Research Team Lead

Token Security is hiring a security research team leader to join our fresh, exceptionally good R&D team

You'll be a good fit if you're:

• A superb manager, with a proven track record managing researchers.
• Have research skills and mindset, able to tackle complex and difficult challenges.
• Have strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Can work well, cooperate and coordinate with all parts of the company (product, engineering, management, sales and marketing).
• Can be an outer-facing figure, leading communications with potential and existing customers, presenting in conferences, etc.
• Have no problem working on-site from our offices in Tel-Aviv.
• Have 5 years of experience.
